It all begins with an enquiry from the customer
01. Design submission
Once we get an enquiry from you, we swiftly connect with you to understand your requirement. Further we will collect the tech pack/spec sheet with design ideas from you. Based on the given details, costing will be arrived to share the quote with you.
02. Sourcing / Merchandising
After mutual agreement on pricing, we will begin with sourcing process to find the suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will share with you, for selection and approval.
03. Sample development
Upon receiving the confirmation, we will proceed with sampling of all styles in its respective size as per
your sampling confirmation order.
Do note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2
rounds of sample to get all the details right and ready for bulk production and we ship the sample(s) to
you for physical examination and approval.
04. Bulk production
Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on the bulk production after we received your approved samples.
05. Quality Control & Inspection
When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products. They will perform standard quality control checks to find and fix any problems like stain or hole in the garment, loose threads, stitch error and printing mistakes before packaging.
06. Packing & Shipping
The products will be individually packed as per packing instructions and sealed in cartons, to be ready for the shipping process.
